Order Cancellation
At Art on Canvas, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
- Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of purchase, provided the artwork has not been packed, shipped, or entered the customization process.
- To request a cancellation, customers should contact us through email, phone, or WhatsApp with their order details.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customized or Commissioned Artwork
- Customized, personalized, or commissioned paintings are created specifically for the customer.
- Such orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Refunds are generally not available for custom artwork unless the item arrives damaged.
Refund Policy
- Customers are strongly advised to record a video while opening the package at the time of delivery.
- The unboxing video will help verify the condition of the artwork and assist in resolving any damage or product-related concerns.
- Claims related to shipping damage may require an unboxing video as proof.
- Refunds may be approved if an item is damaged during shipping or if the wrong artwork is delivered.
- Customers should report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photographic proof of damage may be required.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Return Policy
- Returns may be accepted only for eligible items in original condition.
- Artwork must be returned in secure packaging to avoid damage.
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our side.
Processing Time
- Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account depending on the payment provider.
